Order Processing:
• Lotus Collections has a standard 24-48 hour processing time for all orders.

Cancellation Policy:
• In order to provide you with great customer service, all orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of making a purchase through our website. You can contact us via email at Lotus_Collections@outlook.com or via phone at 717-685-6887 and we will be more than happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges
• Our Return and Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
There are certain situations where returns are NOT granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned, postmarked more than 15 days after delivery

Exchanges
• For an exchange, list the size, style and category of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. Items are exchanged at the same price value as original purchase. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back and reshipment tracking will be provided. No additional Shipping fee will be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All Lingerie and Swimwear are final sale.


Shipping
• To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 17811 Sugarland Texas US 77479 and provide tracking information to Lotus_Collections@outlook.com.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tracking information for exchanged items will be provided, as well as email notification of re-shipment. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
